Returns
Because our lingerie items are intimate apparel, we can only accept returns for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect when received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for bras, underwear, or lingerie once the packaging has been opened or the item has been worn.

Refunds
Once your return or refund request is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary.
We may offer partial refunds or replacements in cases of late delivery, damaged packaging, or missing items.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, the order is already being processed and cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer size or color exchanges due to international shipping logistics.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us.
We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost in transit.
